I was somewhat taken by surprise... Is care placed in one’s outward appearance another way to demonstrate the efforts? When Megumi-senpai showed me the clothes she arranged for me and explained how she planned to do my hair, I thought it surely wouldn’t suit me... Somehow, I found myself genuinely admiring her though. She kept assuring me “it’s fine it’s fine” while working. “Just go along with this, trust me,” she said. When she was finished and I got a look at myself in the mirror, she said “You shouldn’t give up on something so quickly.” It was an embarrassing experience, but one that I could learn a lot from. Aha... Learning from Megumi-senpai is quite ironic...

The person who had the most praise for Megumi-senpai’s makeover was Rurino-san. “Uooo!? So cute!” Watching her bounce around me so happily made me feel less self-conscious. I suppose it gave me some confidence, I’m glad Rurino-san joined the club and can bring us that kind of energy. Of course, I told Megumi-senpai as much too. With 6 people, we’re bound to have more new experiences. To alleviate the stress of hard work, having those around that can teach us these things is important, I believe. Those who can show us the way and support us. It may seem trivial, but it reminds me just how thankful I am for becoming a school idol!
