Hnnk—, shuu—, phew—... fwaaah. Ha, I-I was out like a light! I came all this way to Ginko-chan’s house, I can’t be sleeping! I said I’d stay awake no matter what! My bad, Ginko-chan! Let’s play together all night long!

Summer feels so comfy! All this happiness and fun makes me think I’ve gotta treasure every single day. It feels a bit strange, but there’s so much I want to do when we get to spend the whole day together, from sunrise to bedtime. It reminded me about all the experiences we had last summer. When Kachimachi said I’d be enjoying this summer to the fullest and handed Sayaka-senpai my schedule, she was pretty shocked. I packed it too full! But, that’s when Sayaka-senpai asked Kachimachi, what does summer mean to me? We talked it over, and it made me happy when Sayaka-senpai put it into a song. That’s “Blue Moment,” it’s a song crammed full of Kachimachi’s beloved summer. Mixing that with Sayaka-senpai’s song writing turned this summer into one Kachimachi will really love.

Sayaka-senpai is seriously amazing. When I talked to her about the kind of summer I love, Sayaka-senpai told me she wanted to experience it for herself. despite being so busy, she went along with everything Kachimachi wanted to do. Oh yeah, we even went out to catch cicadas! When I went to visit Ginko-chan’s house, Sayaka-senpai even interviewed Ginko-chan afterward to ask how I was doing. I felt a bit bad because Ginko-chan looked kind of exhausted when she replied, ‘She was energetic the whole day…’, but that's true! Because it was fun! 'Blue Moment' is packed tight with each and every one of these memories. Kachimachi want to dash through August together with this song. My second-year summer... I wonder if the swimsuit suited me a little bit better than last year? Ehehe.
