Making flowers, making flowers, making flowers... Wait a second Sayaka-senpai... Kachimachi can’t stop now... Huh!? I made too many!? No, you’ve got the wrong idea! These are all the ones I screwed up! Tsuzuri-senpai said “We can give out the duds to everyone.” Yes! It’ll be fine!

My first live show, my beginning as a School Idol. After it was over, Kachimachi was totally checked out, I had no clue if I succeeded or botched it. I was just trying to do everything the way Sayaka-senpai told me, but my mind went blank and my body moved on its own. Before I knew it, it was over... It took Tsuzuri-senpai poking my cheek for me to notice there weren’t stage lights in front of me anymore... She said “nice going”... I was still in a trance so I didn’t really know what she meant and just nodded along. But, that night, I was worried whether everything really did go well or not, so I went to see Tsuzuri-senpai again. She said “You did your best Suzu, that’s enough.” But is that really enough? I still have a hard time understanding what Tsuzuri-senpai says I guess...

We handed out the extra flowers I made after our performance was over! Tsuzuri-senpai said they were “proof I did my best,” and that made me really happy! The only 3 Kachimachi somehow managed to get right were the ones we all wore together... That made me happy too! Challenge complete! I did something I can be proud of, and Tsuzuri-senpai even praised me! But the performance itself was sorta... Sayaka-senpai’s performance was amazing as always. Her figure loomed so large, I could really rely on her. And when Tsuzuri-senpai gets up on stage, she’s like a totally different person, she really sparkles. Kachimachi’s glad I could go on stage with them, but I don’t think I can call that performance a successful challenge. I wanna try way way harder! It’s not enough to just keep trying though, I’ll keep working hard until I can call it a real success!
