Wow, October was such a packed month! First of all, of course, there was the Rindou Festival. Every event was fun, but for us Mirapa, we put on the “Non-Fiction Hero Show,” where we took down the evil Dark Hanton who had turned someone’s hanton rice into a disaster—dumping sauce, soy, and pepper all over it. Totally unforgivable!
That said, the main highlight for the School Idol Club this month was definitely “Hajimari no Haneoto.” It’s a song where Sayaka-senpai starts completely from scratch again. I was a little surprised. Someone like Sayaka-senpai, of all people, still has worries about herself. Even as a third-year, even looking so perfect, she still struggles. I wonder if I’ll hit my own walls like that someday. That's scary to think about.
But when I watched Sayaka-senpai during the live performance, I swear I could see wings on her back. I thought, “She can really fly now.” That really moved me. And I hope that next year, I’ll have wings on my back too. Strong enough that the juniors watching me will remember it just like I remember hers.

Kosuzu-chan’s been worrying about what she wants to do in the future, and I didn’t really notice it at first. I guess it makes sense. Ginko-chan and I already had our goals when we came to Hasunosora. But Kosuzu-chan... she’s curious about everything and always tries new things, and that’s part of what makes her so special. I wasn’t sure what to say. I didn’t want to be careless. But when Kosuzu-chan finally figures out who she wants to become, I want to be there with her. I want to see her reach that goal. The seniors will graduate in just half a year. And we’re already halfway through our school life too. I thought we’d always be together... what will the future hold? No, there’s no point overthinking. As long as we give our all until the end, we can be sure these three years weren’t for nothing.
