It’s done. Today is my seventeenth birthday. My birthday. I’m so happy. Thanks so much to everyone who sent me their congratulations. I love you all. Birthdays only come once a year, right? That means it’s been a full year since the last time you all celebrated my birthday. I think about a lot of things, like how fast time passes. But the biggest thought is, “Have I really grown?” Honestly, I don’t really feel it myself. What I do know is, this year, more people came to celebrate my birthday and told me they love me. Ehehe. Maybe I’ve managed to become just a little more charming, meow.

Do you remember how I said last year was the first time so many people came to celebrate my birthday? I was super happy. Anyoji Hime might’ve gotten a bit spoiled by that. Last year I mostly just went along with things, but this year I decided I’d take the initiative. My schedule for today is pretty much set. First of all, I’m going fishing with Ruri-chan-senpai! The plan is to have her clean the fish she catches herself, and then we’ll enjoy them fresh on the spot. Sounds amazing, right? And then, I’ve also secured time with friends in my grade. Ginko-chan, Kosuzu-chan, and Izumin! We’re having birthday party during dinner. I can’t wait to see what presents they’ve prepared… just kidding. Actually, I asked them for specific things. I asked Ginko-chan to decorate my room. For Kosuzu-chan, i'll ask her to cook our dinner, and Izumi got the toughest request, I asked him to write me a short birthday song. Amazing, right? A song just for me! Oh, and of course, since I’m the one who suggested having the party, it’d feel a little selfish to only receive things, so I’ve actually prepared presents for everyone too. I wonder what kind of faces they’ll make. A little handmade pouches, I learned how to make them from Megu-senpai. Ahh, I’ve been looking forward to today since the morning.
